The PPOC\CCDA 2020 Membership

The Premier Photographic Education, Social & Network Center for Photographic Enthusiasts in Orange County.

Whether you love landscape, portrait, storytelling, event, or travel photography, we are a network  of fellow photographers where you can connect, learn, communicate, and share knowledge with other people who have the same photography interests as you do.

We host in-person open forums on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, and guest speakers from the Professional Photographers of Orange County (PPOC) on the 4th Wednesday of each month.  Speakers have included Vincent Versace, Matthew Jordan-Smith, Jerry Ghionis, Roberto Valenzuela, and Joel Grimes, Richard Sturdivant, just to name a few. Meetings are small, personal, and social – we want your questions, your comments, and your discussion.

Our classes cover everything from lighting to posing to post-processing and more! Not sure what you want to learn next? Maybe image competition is for you! We host 4 PPA (professional Photographers of America) style image competitions per year; let this be your proving grounds to find out where you excel, learn what you can improve, or move on to competing at the PPA level or at the OC Fair.
