The Magic of Christmas Class, with Michael Collins
Join our Magic of Christmas Photoshop class, where we’ll learn to blend creativity with holiday magic! In this whole new Photoshop class, we'll focus on bringing the enchanting world of Santa Claus and the spirit of the holidays and infusing this magic into your own holiday photographs, whether for your own family or volume Santa/Holiday sessions. You’ll learn how to use Photoshop tools to create a heartwarming scene of Santa Claus, Hanukah, and maybe a touch of Jack Skellington just in time for Hallo’s Eve in action, magically placing presents under a beautifully decorated Christmas tree to adding a warm, glowing ambiance with festive lighting.
We’ll cover techniques for integrating magical effects, such as sparkling lights and colorful auras, to enhance your scenes. Our class will guide you through layering, blending, and using brushes to create the illusion of Christmas enchantment. By the end, you’ll have a dazzling holiday masterpiece that captures the joy and wonder of the season. Perfect for all skill levels, this class will help you add a touch of holiday magic to your digital art portfolio!

ABOUT MICHAEL COLLINS
Website: www.collinsfoto.com/Email: michael@collinsfoto.com
BACKGROUND
Michael began photographing professionally in 1996. He began with one senior portrait and built a home-based studio in Lompoc, CA. Up until the pandemic he only photographed 60-80 Seniors a year and a few families. NO WEDDINGS! (OK 5 weddings). He branched out to food and families and occasional children and pet portraits.
Michael began playing with Photoshop in the 90’s with version 2.5 and learned mostly on his own what to do and what not to do. Not being very artistic he just adapted with the program and learned everywhere he could. For the last three years Michael has hosted a weekly Photoshop class online (Photoshop Party) for anyone who attends (at no charge).
